To live with an Argentine family is the most popular type of accomodation as it offers several attractions.
You have direct contact with locals going about their daily life. You are going to learn about their customs, their cuisine and their way of life. And last but not least you have an opportunity to practice your Spanish outside the school environment in authentic situations.

It is very important that our host families enjoy living with students, that they are open towards new people and that they welcome our students warmheartedly.
However, "host family" does not necessarily refer to a married couple with one child. Some of our host families may not necessarily be traditional couples.

We at CHE Buenos Aires check our host families regularly and we know them personally. Furthermore, students receive a questionnaire after the first week and at the end of their course to assess their families.

In order to guarantee somebody will be at home upon your arrival, we need your arrival details. Should you wish so, CHE Buenos Aires will pick you up at the airport (service charge extra).

We do our best to consider special requests and needs such as providing accomodation for smokers/non-smokers, catering for any students with allergies or special dietary needs, choosing families with or without pets etc. However, we cannot always guarantee fulfllment of all requests made.
